Today our KS4 students walked to Hay-on-Wye and back, showing determination and perseverance along the way. After shopping for ingredients, they made and cooked their own pizzas outdoors on a fire they built themselves. It was a busy, hands-on day that developed independence and practical skills- and the pizzas were a well- earned reward!
Due to good weather, both group 2 and 3 had a brilliant time caving at Porth Ye Ogof. We saw many different rock features including stalagmites , stalactites. moon milk, limestone, and clay. We faced our fears and crawled through tight spaces. Enjoying the wonderful Welsh countryside! They had a blast and showed great teamwork and camaraderie
Today is heavy rain all day, keep your thoughts with us.
